1. Area Sales Representative (ASR)
Number of Positions: 6
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications:
- BA degree in Sales, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or related profession
2. Data Validator-Cleaner
Number of Positions: 4
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a quantitative field
- Experience in data validation, cleaning, or data quality assurance
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, R, or Python
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
3. Data Collector
Number of Positions: 40
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Experience in data collection, surveying, or customer service is a plus
- Proficient with mobile devices or tablets for data entry
- Willingness to travel to dealer locations
- Strong communication and time management skills
4. Supervisor
Number of Positions: 4
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience supervising field teams, ideally in data collection or research
- Leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with data collection tools and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively
