1. Talent Acquisition Officer
Location: Head Office
Education: MBA/MA/BA in Management, HRM, Business Admin, Finance, or related
Experience: 3/4 years, including 2 years in Talent Acquisition roles in banking
Job Grade: X
2. Internal Controller
Location: North Finfinnee District (Kemise, Bati, Dessie)
Education: BA in Management, Finance, Economics, etc.
Experience: 2 years total; 1 year in a junior banking role
Job Grade: VIII
3. Customer Service Officer
Location: North Finfinnee District (Kemise, Bati, Dessie)
Education: BA in Accounting, Management, or related fields
Experience: 2 years in banking, including Junior Officer experience
Job Grade: VIII
4. Manager – Banking Operation Management I
Location: North Finfinnee District
Education: MBA/MA/BA in Business, Finance, Leadership, etc.
Experience: 3/4 years total; 1 year in senior banking operations
Job Grade: X
5. Branch Manager
Location: North Finfinnee District (Kemise, Bati, Dessie)
Education: MBA/MA/BA in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related
Experience: 4/5 years, including 1 year as a Branch Operations Manager or equivalent
Job Grade: XI
6. Manager – Customer Relationship Management
Location: Hawassa District Office
Education: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Finance, Marketing, etc.
Experience: 8/9 years, with 2 years in team leadership or equivalent
Job Grade: XIV
