Position Overview: Relationship Officer – Tech Industry
As a Relationship Officer, you will be the primary liaison between our clients and tech teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and increasing product adoption. You’ll work closely with merchants and partners to communicate technical concepts in accessible ways, resolve issues, and explore opportunities for growth. This is a client-facing role ideal for tech-savvy professionals with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and long-term satisfaction
- Understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements for product and development teams
- Promote adoption of SantimPay’s payment solutions across user groups
- Proactively identify areas of improvement and customer pain points
- Conduct product demonstrations and user training sessions
- Track customer engagement using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk)
- Work with internal teams (tech, support, product) to resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and feedback
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in customer success, client relations, or account management in a tech environment
- Basic knowledge of SaaS, APIs, cloud platforms, or enterprise software
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to simplify technical content for non-technical users
- Proficiency in CRM or support tools
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive mindset
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in B2B tech sectors (e.g., fintech, edtech, SaaS, health tech)
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments
