Position: Junior Sales Officer
Are you a recent graduate passionate about customer engagement, communications, and sales? Join Ethiopost as a Junior Sales Officer and be part of a national network driving forward innovation in postal services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate and timely information about services, products, or events
- Support sales team with presentations, proposals, and client coordination
- Assist in maintaining and analyzing sales records and reports
- Develop a clear understanding of Ethiopost’s offerings and communicate value to clients
- Perform administrative support tasks related to the sales process
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in any relevant field
- Experience: No prior experience required (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
