Position: IT Field Engineer
As an IT Field Engineer, you will be the frontline support for IT infrastructure and user-related issues, ensuring uptime, performance, and compliance across systems that power Coca-Cola Ethiopia’s operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Timely Resolution of IT Incidents: Address and resolve end-user issues within agreed service levels
- System Uptime Optimization: Minimize downtime through proactive maintenance
- Enhanced User Experience: Provide clear communication and support to ensure user satisfaction
- IT Asset Management: Maintain accurate and updated IT inventory records
- IT Policy Compliance: Align all IT actions with corporate IT governance policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a corporate IT environment
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL v3/v4 Foundation, or ITIL certification are advantageous
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Familiarity with IT support ticketing systems, hardware/software management, and network fundamentals
