1. Banking Operation Officer
- Location: Hawassa District Office
- Qualification: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Admin, Accounting & Finance, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: 3/4 years total; 1 year as Junior Banking Officer or equivalent
- Job Grade: X
2. Institutional CRM I
- Location: Hawassa District Office
- Qualification: MBA/MA/BA in related business fields
- Experience: 4/5 years total; 1 year in roles such as CSM I, Manager Banking Operation-I, or Senior CSO Cash II
- Job Grade: XI
3. Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash I
- Locations: Arbaminch, Dari Eba, Durame Dhas, Hawasa, Hadero Tabor, Liban, Karcha, Konso Karat, Mada Walabu, Mi’ee Boko, Saba Boru, Walabu Lixa, Surro Barguddo
- Qualification: BA in Business or related fields
- Experience: 3 years total; 1 year as Internal Controller, CSO, CRO, or equivalent
- Job Grade: VIII
4. Senior Compliance Management Officer I
- Locations: Hawassa & Jimma District Offices
- Qualification: MBA/MA/BA in Business, Law, or related fields
- Experience: 4/5 years total; 1 year in compliance, legal, or CSO roles
- Job Grade: VIII
5. Manager Banking Operation Management–I
Locations:
- Jimma District: Tepi Branch
- Hawassa District: Aga Wayu, Ana Sora, Dari Eba, Galana, Dhas, Dilla, Durame, Girja, Gomole, Hadero, Haro Walabu, Malka Soda, Me’e Boko, Miyo, Moyale, Saba Boru, Teltele, Wolaita Sodo, Walabu Lixa, Surro Barguddo
- Qualification: MBA/MA/BA in related fields
- Experience: 3/4 years total; 1 year in senior banking ops, internal controller, or CSO-Cash roles
- Job Grade: X
6. Branch Manager
- Locations: Hawassa District – Abaya, Arbaminch, Arero, Dhas, Dillo, Dire, Dubuluk, Dugda Dawa, Elwaye, Goro Dola, Gomole, Konso Karat, Malka Soda, Miyo, Saba Boru, Warka, Walaba Lixa, Surro Barguddo
- Qualification: MBA/MA/BA in related fields Experience: 4/5 years total; 1 year in Manager Banking Operations, CSM-I, or similar roles
