POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking motivated Sales Officers to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates passionate about sales, marketing, and customer engagement. The Sales Officer will be responsible for building client relationships, identifying opportunities, and contributing to the company’s growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Screen, recruit, and train new sales team members.
- Contact potential customers to present products and encourage purchases.
- Respond to customer inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of company products and services.
- Maintain accurate sales records, appointments, and complaint logs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to reach the target audience effectively.
- Share feedback with product developers for improvement.
- Analyze competitor products to identify features, benefits, and areas for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, or related field (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively across cultures.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other local or international languages is a plus.
- No prior work experience required (Fresh Graduates encouraged to apply).
