POSITION SUMMARY
The Customer Service Officer I will be responsible for handling client transactions, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in line with the bank’s operational standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to client inquiries and provide solutions to common banking issues.
- Process customer transactions in accordance with bank procedures.
- Provide accurate information on the bank’s products and services.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year relevant banking experience.
- Good understanding of financial products, bank accounting, and operational procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with core banking systems.
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
