As the designated postal operator (DPO) and a state-owned enterprise, Ethiopost is responsible for providing universal postal services across the country, in line with the government’s universal service obligation (USO).
1. Position: Shipment Processor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 0 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome).
- Mandatory: Valid driving license.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English and Amharic (other local languages are a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

2. Position: Junior Ethics Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Governance, or related fields.
- 0 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training and awareness programs.
- Investigate corruption cases.
- Monitor and control conflicts of interest.
- Manage asset registration and verification.
- Implement corruption risk management strategies.
Location: Addis Ababa
3. Position: Senior Partnership Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Diplomacy & International Relations or Journalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential partners aligned with the organization’s goals.
- Lead negotiations and formalize partnership agreements.
- Oversee implementation of partnership projects.
- Monitor and evaluate partnership performance using KPIs.
- Support fundraising and grant application processes.
- Represent Ethiopost at conferences, events, and networking platforms.
- Maintain comprehensive partnership reports and documentation.
- Collaborate across departments for project success.
