1. Position: Team Leader Fleet
Reporting to: Depot Manager – Dire Dawa Plant
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance management.
- Proven ability to manage employees effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Dire Dawa
2. Position: Business Analyst – Finance
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial analysis, reporting, or finance systems management, preferably in a dynamic or complex environment.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in stakeholder engagement and effective communication of insights.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on revenue management and industry trends.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.
- Leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams.
- Project management and programming knowledge are advantageous.
