Position: Sales Executive
Redsea Aviation Services is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to support business growth in the aviation and related sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for client relationship management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years of proven sales experience (preferably in travel, logistics, aviation, or service industries)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Fluency in English and Amharic; additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel as required
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the aviation and service sectors
- Build and strengthen relationships with airlines, operators, and industry partners
- Promote the company’s flight support and VIP assistance services
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contractual documents
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
- Prepare regular sales reports and communicate progress to the leadership team
- Represent the company at aviation events, exhibitions, and networking platforms
- Identify potential clients and recommend tailored service solutions
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams for smooth service delivery
- Negotiate contracts and pricing in accordance with company policies
- Monitor client satisfaction and address service-related concerns proactively
- Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM tools
- Contribute to company growth by suggesting innovative sales and marketing strategies
