We are seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team and deliver high-quality assistance.
Position: Customer Support Specialist
Qualifications:
- BSc degree from a recognized university
- Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Fluency in Amharic or other local languages is a plus
- Strong communication, typing, and digital skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools
- Reliable computer, internet connection, and quiet workspace
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely customer and driver support via chat, email, and phone calls
- Resolve standard inquiries and support issues efficiently
- Make outbound calls for complex cases and follow-ups
- Collect and relay user feedback to internal teams
- Handle cases including lost & found items, payment disputes, safety concerns, account verification, and driver performance inquiries
