Available Positions & Requirements
Position 1: Specialist – CVM Development and Operations
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
Experience & Technical Skills:
- Minimum 3+ years experience in:
- Data development, ETL workflows, or campaign platform operations
- Strong knowledge of:
- SQL / PLSQL (complex queries & stored procedures)
- Linux server administration & shell scripting
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD, FluxCD)
- Kubernetes, Docker, or container orchestration systems
- Experience with:
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Monitoring tools, log analysis & incident root cause analysis
- Coding in Java, Python, R, SQL, or PLSQL
- Knowledge of:
- Customer lifecycle management (CVM) platforms
- Telecom marketing workflows (advantage)
- Infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform / Ansible – desirable)
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Executive Head of Department – Trade Marketing
Educational Qualification:
- Degree in a Business-related field
- Postgraduate certification in Sales & Marketing is an added advantage
Experience & Competencies:
- Minimum 8 years experience in Sales & Distribution Management
- At least 2 years in a managerial role
- Experience preferably in FMCG or service sector
- Strong understanding of:
- Business finance principles
- Sales performance management
- Proven ability in:
- Talent attraction and development
- Leadership, mentoring & team management
- Strategic partnerships and external alliances
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- Results-driven and performance-oriented mindset
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Executive Head of Department – Treasury
Professional Qualification:
- Qualified Accountant:
- CPA, CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent
- Honors Degree from a recognized university
Experience & Responsibilities:
- Minimum 10 years of accounting experience
- At least 3 years in a management role
- Strong expertise in:
- Treasury operations
- Forex and cash management
- Banking relationship management
- Cash flow forecasting
- Ensure:
- Full compliance with taxation legislation
- Accurate tax planning and advisory
- Strong relationships with tax authorities and banks
