Available Positions & Requirements
Position 1: Sorting Teller
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / 10+3 / 10+4 in:
- Accounting
- Accounting & Finance
- Banking & Insurance
- Marketing
- Business Administration
- Management or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in banking operations
- COC: Mandatory
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Senior Training Officer
Qualification & Experience:
- BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, Leadership, or related fields with 5.5 years of relevant experience
OR - MBA / MA in the same fields with 3.5 years of relevant experience
- Experience preferably in the banking industry
- At least 2 years served at a relevant officer-level position
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
