Open Positions
Position 1: Junior Sales Consultant
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Degree in any field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy: MS Office, ability to work with Jaquar World applications
- Bilingual (English & Amharic)
- Local candidates preferred
- Design software experience is a plus
- Prior experience in sales of light fittings or ceramic tiles is advantageous
Position 2: Sales Consultant
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Degree in any field
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with a people-oriented approach
- Experience with design tools is beneficial
- Computer skills and familiarity with Jaquar World tools
- Prior experience in retail sales of ceramics or light fixtures is a plus
Position 3: Pastry Outlet Supervisor
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications:
- BA Degree or Level V in Hotel Management, or
- Level IV in Food and Beverage Service Supervision or a related field
Key Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong customer service orientation
- Prior supervisory experience in F&B or pastry outlets is desirable
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest services
Position 4: Operations Manager
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Hotel Management or related fields
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans for food & hospitality units
- Lead operations, service delivery, and quality assurance
- Supervise events, menu development, and production activities
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- Improve team efficiency and drive financial performance
- Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experience

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a multi-sector, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic company
- Adaptability and professionalism in service delivery
- Hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage
