Position Summary: Salesperson
Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and customer success? Al Impex is looking for energetic and ambitious individuals to join its Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) team as Salespersons. This field-based role is essential in growing our retail and wholesale footprint, engaging clients, and ensuring consistent product availability across assigned territories.
Please Note: This position requires provision of collateral as part of the hiring conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell branded consumer goods to retailers, wholesalers, and institutional clients
- Ensure product availability, stock rotation, and in-store product visibility
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics
- Build and manage strong customer relationships and ensure timely collections
- Submit daily reports on sales activities, market feedback, and inventory
- Support product launches, retail promotions, and merchandising efforts
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
- 0–1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG
Skills & Attributes:
- Persuasive communication and negotiation skills
- High level of responsibility and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently in assigned territories
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or sales tools is an advantage
- Willingness to provide collateral as part of employment terms
