Position: Junior Desktop Technician
Do you have technical expertise in IT systems and want to work at one of Africa’s most advanced aviation companies? Ethiopian Airlines is seeking a highly motivated Junior Desktop Technician to support and maintain its IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Perform routine maintenance and system updates
- Support end-users with technical assistance
- Collaborate with IT teams to maintain network performance
- Maintain records of systems, installations, and repairs
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of College Diploma / 10+3 / Level IV Certificate in:
- Computer Science
- Computer Maintenance & Networking
- Information Technology
- Or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a recognized organization
- Excellent understanding of desktop hardware, operating systems, and networking basics
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- English language proficiency is mandatory
