Available Positions
1. Registrar Head
Qualifications & Skills:
- MA degree in Information Technology, Information Science, Computer Science, Database Management, or related field
- 2 years of experience as registrar head in academic institutions
- Strong understanding of registrar office operations
- Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to work independently
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare academic calendar, annual work schedule, and quarterly office reports
- Prepare course catalogues, budget plans, and lists of graduating students
- Issue degrees, diplomas, and certificates
2. Tutorial and Assessment Head
Qualifications & Skills:
- MA degree in Curriculum Studies, Instruction and Testing, Measurement & Evaluation, or related field
- 2 years of experience in tutorial and assessment in academic institutions
- Excellent communication, coordination, and independent working skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the tutorial and assessment division; coordinate sub-divisions
- Prepare annual plans and budgets
- Oversee tutorial centers, course assignments, and exam materials
- Prepare quarterly, semester, and annual work reports
3. Research & Community Services Unit Head
Qualifications & Skills:
- MA degree in Development Studies, International Relations, Economics, or related field
- 2 years of experience in academic research and community services
- Strong leadership, coordination, and professional integrity
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize workshops, conferences, and seminars
- Coordinate all research activities and prepare strategic research plans
- Identify institutional research priorities and liaise with donors
- Encourage academic staff research and prepare office plans and budgets
- Submit bi-annual reports and serve on executive committees
4. Internal Quality Assurance Unit Head
Qualifications & Skills:
- MA degree in Educational Curriculum System, Educational Planning & Management, Management, or related field
- 2 years of experience in quality assurance in academic institutions
- Strong understanding of assessment, evaluation, and QA processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the quality assurance strategy
- Ensure compliance with institutional and industry standards
- Identify institutional gaps and recommend improvements
5. Program Coordination Unit Head
Qualifications & Skills:
- MA degree in Educational Curriculum System, Educational Planning & Management, or related field
- 2 years of experience in academic program coordination and management
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and alignment of programs with organizational goals
- Engage stakeholders at high levels
- Identify institutional gaps and priorities
