Position 1: Branch Auditor
Requirements:
- BA in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- Minimum 3.5 years of experience in internal or external auditing, preferably in the banking industry
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
Position 2: IS Security Operations Analyst
Requirements:
- MSc/BSc in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, or related fields
- Minimum 3.5 years (BSc) or 5.5 years (MSc) of experience in SOC operations, incident response, or IT security
- Preferred certifications: Security+, CySA+, CSA, CEH, or equivalent
- Mandatory knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS security frameworks
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
Position 3: Manager, Branding & Promotion Division
Requirements:
- MA/MBA in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields with 6.5 years of experience
- OR BA in similar fields with 8.5 years of relevant experience
- Experience must include supervisory or managerial roles, ideally within banking or financial services
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
Position 4: Branch Manager Grade C
Requirements:
- MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields with 6.5 years of experience
- OR BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in the banking sector
- Specific experience requirement:
- 2 years as Customer Service Manager Grade B, or
- 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A
