Available Positions
Position 1: Customer Care Associate
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Management, or related fields
- 0–1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Amharic, Afan Oromo; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Customer Experience Associate
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Management, or related fields
- No prior experience required – fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills in Afan Oromo, Tigrigna, or other local languages, in addition to Amharic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems
