Position: Junior Operations Officer
The Junior Operations Officer will support daily aviation operations at Addis Ababa Bole International Airport, assist passengers, coordinate with clients and vendors, and contribute to smooth and efficient flight operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations at Bole International Airport.
- Assist passengers and support smooth flight operations.
- Manage email and telephone communication with clients and vendors.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Coordinate with operations and other departments to deliver quality service.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure quality service delivery.
- Provide feedback to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Remain calm and professional in demanding situations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve operational targets.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Flight Dispatch, Aviation Management, Ground Services Training, or a related field.
- Understanding of flight support, ground handling, and airport operations.
- Experience in flight operations coordination is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
- Fresh graduates with zero years of experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- Ability and willingness to work shifts is required.
