Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or a related field.

- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

2. Relationship Officer
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1 year in microfinance, banking, or credit operations.

3. Senior Relationship Officer
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of progressive experience in microfinance, commercial banking, or credit management.
Location: Adama
4. Branch Accountant
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: At least 4 years of experience in microfinance or banking, including a minimum of 2 years in a senior position.
Location: Adama
5. Branch Manager
Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: At least 6 years of experience in microfinance or banking, including at least 2 years in a managerial or senior supervisory position.
