Position: Junior Project Functional Consultant (Fresh Graduate)
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or other related fields.
Experience:
- 0 years (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong interest in ERP systems and digital business solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems.
- Collaborative mindset with a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting client requirements for ERP solutions.
- Support ERP configuration, testing, training, and deployment activities.
- Analyze and model business processes to align with ERP functionalities.
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure clear communication of business needs.
- Provide end-user training and ongoing system support during and after implementation.
- Prepare user manuals, documentation, and training materials.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues.
- Stay up to date with ERP features, updates, and best practices.
