Available Positions
Position 1: Junior Human Capital Management Officer
Educational Qualification:
- BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or Public Administration & Development Management
- GPA 2.75 and above
- Graduated in 2023 or 2024
- Must submit 8th, 10th, and 12th grade national exam results
Experience:
- Zero (0) years of experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Human Capital Management Officer I
Educational Qualification:
- BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or Public Administration & Development Management
Experience:
- One (1) year proven and relevant post-qualification experience in a similar position
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer literacy
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Procurement Officer I
Educational Qualification:
- BA in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
- One (1) year proven and relevant post-qualification experience
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Senior Programmer
Educational Qualification:
- BSc Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
Experience:
- Four (4) years of relevant post-qualification experience in a similar role
Technical Skills:
- Programming languages: Proficiency in Java and C# (minimum requirement)
- Strong SQL knowledge and understanding of RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL, etc.)
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Time management and accountability
- Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability to new technologies
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 5: Senior Driver
Educational Qualification:
- 12th Grade complete
- 3rd Grade or equivalent driving license
- Certificate or Diploma in Auto Mechanics is advantageous
Experience:
- Six (6) years of proven and relevant experience
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional driving conduct and reliability
