Position: Industrial Solution Manager
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in:
- Solution design and management
- Product management
- IT consulting or related roles
Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Additional language skills are an added advantage
Key Skills and Certifications Required
- Solid understanding of industry-level ICT solutions and enterprise systems integration.
- Experience in linking business processes with technological solutions.
- Certifications in Datacom, Storage, Cloud, or AI (preferably Huawei certifications) are an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical consulting skills.
Other Requirements
- Strong communication, presentation, and time management abilities.
- Proven capability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Commitment to quality, innovation, and teamwork.
