POSITION: JUNIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to Red Cloud’s services
- Guide customers step-by-step using clear documentation and remote support tools
- Escalate unresolved or complex technical cases to senior team members
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, resolutions, and issue logs
- Assist in documenting and testing new product features or bugs
- Educate customers on how to maximize the value of services provided
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address and solve user concerns
- Follow up with customers to ensure a satisfactory resolution
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field (fresh graduates encouraged)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Positive attitude and customer-first approach
- Fast learner with adaptability in a tech-driven environment
WORK CONDITIONS
- Full-time, shift-based (may include weekends and holidays)
- Office-based role in Addis Ababa
