POSITION: SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Ayat’s real estate projects to prospective buyers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up on leads, conduct property tours, and close sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets and deliver consistent performance
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress
Required Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to network, prospect, and identify potential buyers
- Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented
- Previous experience in sales or real estate is preferred, but not mandatory
- Knowledge of the real estate industry in Ethiopia is an advantage
