Ranger Industry and Trading was established in May 2009 E.C. by two shareholders with a paid-up capital of Birr 5 million. The company was established to engage in the export of Ethiopian Arabica coffee, particularly specialty coffee from the Ethiopian highlands, to the international coffee market.
Position: Junior Sales Person – Infant Milk
Educational Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Marketing
- Sales
- Business Management
- Related fields
Experience and Skills
- Previous sales experience is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in the field and regularly visit customers.
- Customer-oriented, energetic, and target-driven.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of the local market is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly visit pharmacies, wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, and other assigned customers.
- Promote infant milk products and provide accurate product information.
- Identify potential customers and develop new sales opportunities.
- Receive customer orders and follow up on product delivery.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and respond to inquiries.
- Monitor product availability, stock levels, prices, and competitor activities.
- Collect market information and provide regular feedback to the Sales Supervisor.
- Ensure proper product display and visibility at customer outlets.
- Follow company sales, distribution, and reporting procedures.
- Prepare daily sales and customer visit reports.
- Ensure compliance with infant milk regulations and company policies.
- Follow ethical marketing practices when promoting infant nutrition products.
- Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
