Position Details
Position 1: Customer Service Officer
Requirements:
- BA degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of banking experience as Bank Trainee, Junior Officer, or equivalent
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Branch Accountant
Requirements:
- BA degree in business-related field
- Minimum 2 years of banking experience, including at least 1 year as Customer Service Officer or equivalent
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Senior Customer Service Officer
Requirements:
- BA degree in a business-related field
- Minimum 2 years of banking experience, with 1 year as CSO or equivalent
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Branch Manager
Requirements:
- BA degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience, with 3 years as Customer Service Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, or equivalent
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 5: Manager – Shareholders Account Administration
Requirements:
- MA or BA in Business-related fields
- Minimum 7 years of banking experience, including 2 years in senior share administration roles or managerial positions
