Position: Receptionist (Entry-Level)

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and receive guests, clients, and staff with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct phone calls; take messages when required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages
- Manage meeting room bookings and appointment schedules
- Assist with clerical tasks: data entry, filing, photocopying
- Maintain an updated contact list for staff and partners
- Ensure security protocols and visitor logs are followed
- Support cross-departmental administrative needs
- Provide clear and helpful information to visitors about our services
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field
- No prior work experience required (0 years experience)
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to learn and grow within a hospitality environment
- Team player with a customer-focused attitude
- Preferably residing in Bole, Megenagna, Saris, or surrounding areas in Addis Ababa
