Position 1: HR and Administration Intern
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field from a recognized university
- Recent graduate from the class of 2023, 2024, or 2025 with a GPA of 3.5 or above
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong command of English and Amharic (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
- Ability to respond promptly to employee inquiries and operate in a fast-paced environment

Position 2: Logistics Intern
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management
- Must have graduated within the last two years with a minimum GPA of 3.5
- No prior work experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- High ethical and professional standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Interest in logistics and commitment to humanitarian principles
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and ask questions proactively
