Position 1: Junior Sales Officer
Education: BA Degree (No experience required)
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide accurate information about Ethiopost services and updates
- Support the sales team with presentations, proposals, and internal coordination
- Deliver exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and satisfaction
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic and client-focused mindset
- Willingness to learn and grow within a national institution

2: Junior Call Center Officer
Education:
- BA Degree (0 years experience)
- OR College Diploma + TVET Level IV (0 years experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Provide clear and accurate product/service information
- Resolve issues or escalate complex matters to appropriate departments
- Log customer interactions in the CRM database
- Identify and act on upselling or cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all communications
Requirements
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and digital tools
- Customer-first attitude and quick problem-solving ability
