Job Overview: Graduate Trainee Program
The Graduate Trainee Program is designed to recruit, train, and develop young, motivated graduates who aspire to build a professional career in the banking industry, particularly in interest-free banking.
This program provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain practical banking experience, build leadership skills, and grow within one of Ethiopia’s fastest-growing financial institutions.
Qualification Requirements
- Education: BA Degree in Business or related fields (Economics, Management, Accounting, etc.).
- Graduation Year: 2023 – 2025 graduates only.
- Experience: Not required (0 years).
- Age: ≤ 25 years.
- CGPA Requirement:
- Male applicants: ≥ 3.25
- Female applicants: ≥ 3.00
- Exit Exam: Mandatory (provide result slip).

- Strong academic record with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced banking environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and commitment to Sharia-compliant banking principles.
