Job Overview: Graduate Trainee Program
The Graduate Trainee Program 2025 is designed for fresh graduates who aspire to build their careers in the microfinance sector. The program provides practical training, mentorship, and hands-on experience across different departments of Nisir Microfinance.
Trainees will gain exposure to core microfinance operations, enhance their professional skills, and build a strong foundation for future leadership roles.
Qualification Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Economics
- Accounting
- Business Administration
- Business Information Systems
- Related fields of study
- Experience: No prior experience required (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training programs across multiple departments.
- Support day-to-day operational activities.
- Assist with data collection, reporting, and basic analysis.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members on projects.
- Demonstrate adaptability, eagerness to learn, and alignment with organizational values.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by supervisors.
