Position: Real Estate Sales and Marketing Officer
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related fields
- 1–3 years of relevant real estate sales experience
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
- Confident in handling objections and closing deals
- Basic understanding of real estate projects, payment plans, and market trends
- Good command of Amharic; English proficiency is an advantage
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Client Management
- Identify potential clients through calls, social media, referrals, and site visits
- Present and promote company real estate properties professionally
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain strong client relationships
- Guide clients through the full sales cycle from inquiry to deal closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Property Presentation
- Conduct in-person and virtual property tours
- Explain property details, unit types, project milestones, and payment plans
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate client records using the company CRM system
- Update daily call logs, follow-ups, and site visit reports
- Assist clients with documentation and purchase agreement processes
Team Coordination
- Collaborate with the marketing team to convert leads into buyers
- Work closely with senior sales agents and contribute in team meetings
- Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, open houses, and events
