Position 1: Jr. Flight Dispatcher
Qualification Requirements:
- Admitted to Ethiopian Aviation University ET-sponsored Pilot training program but did not complete for various reasons.
- Age Limit: 18–35 years (for external applicants)

Position 2: Technical Instructor
Qualification Requirements:
- BSc in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering or related field, and AMTS graduate with minimum 2 years’ A/C maintenance experience
- OR AMTS graduate with at least 2 years as A/C Technician II
- OR Degree in Aeronautical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering with a minimum of 100 flying hours (76 hours on aircraft in recognized flying school), and at least 80% academic coverage
- Must have Type II License in Airframe & Power Plant from CAA or FAA
- Age Limit: 18–35 years
- Language: English mandatory; other languages desirable

Position 3: Tour Guide Driver
Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / 10+3 / Level III in Tourism, Business, or related field
- Valid Taxi II / Dry I / Public I / Auto driving license
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Tour Guide or in Tour Operations
- English Language Proficiency: Level III
- Age Limit: 18–35 years
- Language: English mandatory; other languages desirable

Qualification Requirements:

- Minimum 1-year relevant experience in a recognized organization
- Age Limit: 18–35 years
