1. Junior Logistics Officer
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related field
- Experience: 0–1 year (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency

2. Junior Industrial Engineer
- Education: BSc in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 0 years (fresh graduates)
- Responsibilities:
- Participate in machine fitting, testing, and process review
- Prepare FMECA reports and Amharic operating procedures
- Study workload, set labor standards, and ensure ergonomics and safety

3. Junior Process Engineer
- Education: BSc in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 0 years
- Responsibilities:
- Monitor 4M1E factors for stable production
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Lead assembly processes and manage line manpower allocation
- Maintain production records, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives

4. Junior Machine Engineer
- Education: BSc in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 0 years
- Responsibilities:
- Perform equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, and repairs
- Manage spare parts, maintenance logs, and documentation
- Validate and integrate new equipment
- Analyze and improve machine performance and reliability

5. Junior Repair Engineer
- Education: Level IV or V in Electronics
- Experience: 0 years (fresh graduates)
- Responsibilities:
- Prepare maintenance and repair reports
- Analyze defects, implement corrective actions, and ensure quality
- Perform repairs, rework, and testing
- Maintain workshop safety and productivity standards

6. IT Specialist
- Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience: 1–2 years in IT support or network administration
