Position Summary: General Service Officer II
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Service Officer II to support procurement, fleet management, facility operations, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient service delivery and operational continuity across the organization
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior exposure to fleet management, vehicle maintenance, liaison services, and general office facility oversight is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in vendor research, supplier management, and bid preparation.
- Manage procurement requests, gather quotations, and maintain bid documentation.
- Oversee the condition of office facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and habitability.
- Monitor utilities, process timely payments, and supervise facility maintenance and renovations.
- Implement Occupational Safety and Health standards.
- Maintain inventory records, manage stock levels, and ensure procurement compliance.
- Supervise fleet operations, including scheduling, maintenance, mileage tracking, and fuel monitoring.
- Ensure vehicle insurance renewals and proper handling of breakdowns or repairs.
- Provide daily oversight of transport logistics and coordinate with drivers, messengers, and cleaners.
- Prepare periodic reports on facility and fleet status.
- Support the Procurement & Facility Manager in all general service operations.
- Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
