1. Quality Control Assistant
Educational Qualification
- Completed Grade 12 or relevant certificate in:
- Food Processing
- Food Technology
- Laboratory
- Quality Control
- Related fields
Experience
- Previous quality control experience in a food factory is highly preferred.
- Practical experience in food quality inspection and food safety is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, and basic quality control procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality problems.
- Responsible, honest, and able to work effectively with a team.
- Quality assurance and compliance-focused approach.

2. Sales Representative
Educational Qualification
- Completed Grade 12, relevant certificate, or Diploma in:
- Sales
- Marketing
- Business
- Related fields
Experience
- Practical experience in FMCG sales is required.
- Experience selling food products or other fast-moving consumer goods is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and established customer relationships are an advantage.
Main Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Patchee Foods Factory products.
- Visit retailers, wholesalers, shops, and supermarkets.
- Develop new customers and maintain existing relationships.
- Take orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market prices, competitors, and customer feedback.
- Ensure product availability and proper product display.
- Prepare basic sales reports.

3. Junior Marketing Officer
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, marketing coordination, FMCG, food manufacturing, or a related industry.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively under deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Creative, proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in events, activations, branding, social media, or promotional activities is an advantage.

4. Key Account Officer

6. Senior Accountant
Educational Qualification and Knowledge
- Knowledge of cost management and accounting principles.
- Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
Experience
- 5–8 years of relevant work experience.
Required Skills
- Experience using accounting software such as Peachtree, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems.
- Ability to prepare accurate financial records, balance sheets, income statements, and financial forecasts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Desired Skills
- Fluent written and spoken English and Amharic.
- Additional language skills are an advantage.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
