Position 1: Junior Supply Officer (Construction Materials)
Position Summary
The Junior Supply Officer will support procurement operations, supplier management, and materials sourcing for construction projects. This role requires strong market awareness, negotiation skills, and the ability to evaluate suppliers and procurement documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct local procurement for construction and industrial materials
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local suppliers
- Track market pricing trends and ensure cost-efficient purchasing
- Review procurement documents and maintain accurate records
- Support ERP-based procurement workflows
- Coordinate with project and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement (preferably construction materials)
- Strong knowledge of supplier markets and material quality standards
- Understanding of pricing structures and procurement documentation
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
Position 2: HR & GS Officer
Position Summary
The HR & GS Officer will support human resource operations, general services management, and administrative functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with HR systems and employee coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management
- Manage attendance tracking and HR documentation
- Coordinate general services activities including office administration and logistics
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Maintain personnel files and support performance management processes
- Provide operational support to HR and Admin teams
Required Qualifications
- BA Degree in Management, HRM, Business Administration, or related fields
- 2–4 years of experience in HR or General Services
- Prior experience in trading, logistics, or commercial sectors is preferred
- Competence with HR systems and attendance management tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills
