1. Customer Service Officer II
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of banking experience
- Knowledge or training in Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is advantageous
Duty Station: Kombolcha
2. Senior Customer Service Officer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of banking experience
- IFB training certification is an added advantage
Duty Station: Kombolcha
3. Branch Operation Supervisor
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of banking operations experience
- Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking is advantageous
Duty Station: Kombolcha
4. Branch Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Banking Operations
- IFB training or certification is advantageous
