Position 1: Product Management Officer
Job Overview
The Product Management Officer will support the design, development, and management of financial products while ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Management, or related fields
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience
- Professional qualification in Graphic Design is required

Position 2: Digital Marketing Officer
Job Overview
The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for managing digital marketing platforms, promoting institutional products and services, and enhancing brand visibility through digital channels.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Management, or related fields
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience

Position 3: Liquidity and Fund Management Officer
Job Overview

- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant work experience

Position 5: Manager, Brand and Product Development
Job Overview
The Manager, Brand and Product Development will be responsible for leading branding strategies, product innovation, and market positioning while managing teams and aligning institutional objectives.
Qualification & Experience
One of the following is required:
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Management, Logistics and Supplies Management, or related fields with six (6) years of demonstrated experience, of which two (2) years must be in a managerial position
OR - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Logistics and Supplies Management, or related fields with eight (8) years of demonstrated experience, of which three (3) years must be in a managerial position

Position 6: Office Manager
Job Overview
The Office Manager will provide administrative and secretarial support, manage office operations, and ensure efficient communication and documentation within the institution.
Qualification & Experience
One of the following is required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, Law, or related fields with two (2) years of experience as a Secretary
OR - Diploma, Level V, or Level IV in a relevant TVET program with four (4) years of experience as a Secretary
