Position 1: Junior Accountant & Office Assistant
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of cost accounting and budgeting principles.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and inventory accounting practices.
- Experience with Peachtree Accounting Software and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting and financial operations.
- Maintain financial records and documentation.
- Support budgeting and cost control activities.
- Manage office administrative tasks and filing systems.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciliations.

Position 2: Sales Representative
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative.
- Ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s furniture products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
