Position 1: Safety Officer
Qualification Requirements
- BSc Degree in Environmental Science, Public Health, Occupational Health, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in plant safety management.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
- Hazard identification and risk assessment.
- Incident investigation and reporting.
- Safety program development and training delivery.
- Regulatory compliance and audit management.
- Emergency response planning and coordination.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Position 2: Senior Operator
Qualification Requirements
- TVET Level IV in Industrial Electric Machine, Mechanics, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of machine operation experience.
Required Skills
- Advanced machine operation and troubleshooting.
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
- Leadership and mentoring skills.
- Attention to quality and operational efficiency.
- Commitment to workplace safety procedures.
Position 3: Senior Mechanic (Mechanical Engineer III)
Qualification Requirements
- BSc Degree or TVET Level V in Mechanical Engineering or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant manufacturing industry experience for BSc holders.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant manufacturing industry experience for TVET Level V holders.
Required Skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and repair of pumps, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.
- Precision maintenance including shaft alignment and balancing.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures and workshop safety.
- Mentoring and coaching skills.
- Fabrication and welding experience.
Position 4: Sales Invoice Officer
Qualification Requirements
- College Diploma in Marketing Management, Accounting, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of sales invoicing experience.
Required Skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with ERP and accounting software.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Numerical and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and customer service abilities.
Position 5: Quality Chemist
Qualification Requirements
- MSc or BSc Degree in Chemistry.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with an MSc Degree.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with a BSc Degree.
- Experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in laboratory testing and analytical techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
- Effective documentation and data recording skills.
- Knowledge of chemical safety procedures and handling practices.
