Position 1: Junior Legal & Compliance Officer
Qualification Requirements
- LLB Degree from a recognized university.
- Must have passed the Exit Exam.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience (internship experience is considered).
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of corporate law, labor law, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and document management systems.

Position 2: HR & Admin Assistant
Qualification Requirements
- Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant HR or administrative experience.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of labor law and HR practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Salary
- ETB 13,900 Gross plus additional benefits.

Position 3: IT Officer
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
Experience
- 2 years of relevant experience for Bachelor’s Degree holders.
- 1 year of relevant experience for Master’s Degree holders.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware and networking.
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Database management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, factory automation software, and security systems is advantageous.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.

Position 4: HR & Admin Supervisor
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience.
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and HR regulations.
- Experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Position 5: Senior Marketer
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related fields from a recognized university.

- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
