Position 1: Branch Manager
Educational Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, or a related field
Experience
- Master’s Degree holders: Minimum of 6 years of banking experience
- Bachelor’s Degree holders: Minimum of 8 years of banking experience
Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in one of the following positions:
- Business Manager
- Operations Manager
- Customer Service Manager
- Or another equivalent core banking management position
Duty Stations
- Sagure Branch (Adama District)
- Digelu Branch (Adama District)
- Wukro Branch (Mekelle District)
Position 2: District Marketing Supervisor
Educational Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking and Finance, Economics, or a related field
Experience
- Master’s Degree holders: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree holders: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience as:
- Senior Marketing Officer
- Or an equivalent marketing-related position
Duty Station
- Mekelle District Office
Position 3: District IFB Business Supervisor
Educational Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, or a related field
Experience
- Master’s Degree holders: Minimum of 5 years of banking experience
- Bachelor’s Degree holders: Minimum of 7 years of banking experience
Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience as:
- Senior IFB Business Officer
- Or another equivalent position
Additional Requirement
- Knowledge of Sharia-compliant (Interest-Free Banking) principles is an added advantage
