Position 1: Assistant Store Keeper
Educational Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or logistics
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred
Required Skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office applications
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform warehouse duties
- Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills

Position 2: Cashier Accountant
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cashier or Cashier Accountant, preferably in a manufacturing company
Required Skills
- Proficiency in ERP accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Good understanding of bookkeeping and internal control procedures
- High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail

Position 3: Head of Human Resource Services
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or senior HR position

Position 4: HR Officer
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management or a related field
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant Human Resources experience
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Personnel administration and employee relations
- Negotiation and change management skills
- Ability to work effectively in an office environment

Position 5: Operations Manager
Educational Qualifications
- Master’s Degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or Food Engineering
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in food manufacturing
- At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Experience in process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity improvement
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Strong analytical and leadership skills

Position 6: Driver
Qualifications
- Valid Ethiopian Public-2 (ህዝብ 2) Driving License
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of driving experience in Addis Ababa
Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge of Addis Ababa road network
- Strong punctuality and reliability
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform multiple responsibilities
