Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer
Location: Gebre Guracha Branch
Qualification:
- B.A. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Experience: - Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (preferably in banking)
Position 2: Customer Service Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualification:
- B.A. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Experience: - Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (preferably in banking)
Position 3: Branch Manager I
Location: Gebre Guracha Branch
Qualification:
- B.A. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Experience: - 6 years of banking experience
- Minimum 2 years as Business Manager, Operation Manager, Customer Service Manager, or in equivalent core banking leadership roles
Position 4: Manager, Data Strategy and Analytics
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualification:
- M.A or B.A in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Experience: - Minimum 8 years (with M.A) or 10 years (with B.A) of banking experience
- At least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in T24 core banking systems, credit, and retail banking operations is mandatory
