Position Summary: Billing Intern
Kadisco is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Billing Intern to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates in Accounting & Finance to gain real-world experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Interns will work closely with the finance and sales departments to ensure timely and accurate billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive sales orders from Sales Team, Dealers, and Direct Customers
- Process orders using SAP and raise accurate invoices
- Issue Proforma Invoices to customers upon request
- Ensure all payment entries are properly recorded and reconciled
- Interact professionally with internal and external customers
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate billing data
- Uphold transparency and follow all company policies and ethical standards
Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance (Fresh Graduates Encouraged)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Bonus: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator)
