Nib Insurance Company (NIC) provides General (Non-Life) Insurance and Life Assurance services in Ethiopia. Established on May 2, 2002, the company has grown from 658 shareholders and Birr 14 million paid-up capital to 1,014 shareholders and Birr 250 million paid-up capital. NIC is seeking dynamic and qualified professionals and fresh graduates to join its team across multiple positions.
AVAILABLE POSITIONS
1. Junior Officer
Educational Qualification: Diploma (Level IV) with COC in Information Technology or Customer Contact and Secretarial Operations
Experience: None (Fresh graduates)
Grade: III
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
2. Junior Auditor
Educational Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting or Accounting & Finance
Eligibility: Graduates of 2024/2025 G.C or 2017 E.C with exit exam score of 60% or above
Experience: None (Fresh graduates)
Grade: V
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
3. Officer I
Educational Qualification: BA Degree in Mathematics or Statistics
Eligibility: Graduates of 2015 E.C, 2016 E.C, or 2017 E.C
Experience: 1–2 years teaching experience
Grade: V
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
4. Procurement, Property & Facility Management Division Head
Educational Qualification: BA Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Management, or related fields
Experience: 7 years relevant experience, including:
- 3 years in a senior role (Senior Procurement, Property & Facility Management Officer)
- or 5 years in an officer-level role (Procurement, Property & Facility Management Officer II)
Grade: X
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
